本次训练营以 “Executing AI in Business: Enterprise AI Training” 为主题，面向企业 CIO、CTO、IT负责人、数智化转型负责人以及企业顾问团队，围绕企业AI落地方法论、场景实践、YonClaw使用以及智能体（AI Agent）构建展开系统分享。

The bootcamp was held under the theme “Executing AI in Business: Enterprise AI Training”, bringing together CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, digital transformation executives, and consultants. The program delivered comprehensive insights into enterprise AI implementation methodologies, practical business use cases, YonClaw and AI Agent development.

活动采用“理论讲解 + 案例分析 + 实操演练”相结合的形式，帮助企业从业务需求出发，深入理解AI技术的应用价值，并通过现场实操体验AI智能体的搭建过程，真正实现从概念认知到场景落地的跨越。

Combining theoretical learning, case studies, and hands-on practice, the bootcamp helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the value of AI from a business perspective. Through interactive demonstrations and practical exercises, attendees experienced the process of building AI Agents firsthand, enabling them to bridge the gap between conceptual understanding and real-world business application.

At the same time, the system can accurately detect business anomalies across sales, customer, and regional dimensions, providing more timely and comprehensive data support for sales management and business decision-making.

02 Sales Contract Creation Scenario

The Sales Order-to-Contract scenario allows users to directly utilize natural language through YonClaw to rapidly generate sales contract content based on standard contract templates and predefined business rules. This not only helps enterprises significantly improve contract drafting efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work, but also enhances the standardization and accuracy of contract management.

Through live hands-on practice and case demonstrations, participants experienced firsthand the full process of integrating AI technology with enterprise business scenarios, gaining a deeper understanding of the practical value of AI Agents in improving operational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and driving enterprise innovation.

During the hands-on session, in addition to guidance from the trainers, Yonyou Indonesia’s teaching assistants provided on-site support throughout the event, helping participants with AI Agent development, scenario configuration, and troubleshooting. Through a learning approach that combined presentations, hands-on practice, and personalized guidance, participants were able to more effectively master AI Agent development techniques, gain a deeper understanding of the end-to-end AI implementation process, from design and development to deployment, and connect what they learned to their own business scenarios.
